Purpose of the Agreement\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3625bcd e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3625bcd\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"2728fe8\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2728fe8\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe purpose of this Agreement is <strong>promotion<\/strong>.<br>The Contributor voluntarily submits one or more musical works (\u201cTrack\u201d) to be used as <strong>promotional background music <\/strong>within the Company\u2019s commercial music platforms.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5788690 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5788690\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"40b0c00\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"40b0c00\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t2. Rights Transfer\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9211709 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9211709\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"d0efa90\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"d0efa90\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Contributor hereby <strong>irrevocably assigns and transfers all rights, title and interest<\/strong> in the Track to Fidelis Marketing Group S.L., including but not limited to:Copyright and neighboring rights;Commercial exploitation rights;Distribution, reproduction, public performance, and communication rights.This transfer is <strong>permanent and non-revocable<\/strong>.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab6979e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ab6979e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"2570dab\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2570dab\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t3. No Compensation\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d156def e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d156def\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"31effb3\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"31effb3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Contributor <strong>waives any right to financial compensation<\/strong>, royalties, or future claims related to the Track;The Track is provided <strong>free of charge<\/strong> as a promotional contribution;No guarantees are made regarding exposure, usage, or success.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a4aa4a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1a4aa4a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"01f7c8b\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"01f7c8b\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t4. Commercial Use by Clients\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd9a088 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dd9a088\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"0ba6009\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"0ba6009\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a\n\t\t\t\t\thref=\"https:\/\/audiowo.com\/fi\/oikeudelliset-tiedot\/kaupallinen-musiikkilisenssi\/\" target=\"_self\"\n\t\t\t\t\tclass=\"e-paragraph-link-base\"\n\t\t\t\t>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company may license the Track to its clients (including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, content creators, and online platforms) for use as background music, under the terms of the Company\u2019s Commercial Music License Agreement.\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-728f4ad e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"728f4ad\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"b9945ef\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b9945ef\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t5. Digital Distribution\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd016e6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fd016e6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"f95d515\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"f95d515\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company may publish the Track on digital platforms including, but not limited to: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music as part of <strong>compilation albums<\/strong> operated by the Company. The Contributor acknowledges that: No royalties or revenues will be paid; Distribution is solely for promotional purposes.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-868c844 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"868c844\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"fc43385\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"fc43385\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t6. Attribution\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cf9ecb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3cf9ecb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"3245f0e\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"3245f0e\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWhere reasonably possible, the Contributor\u2019s <strong>artist name and credentials<\/strong> will be displayed in connection with the Track.<br>However, attribution is <strong>not guaranteed<\/strong> in all usage contexts.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90884f8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"90884f8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"e7a2536\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"e7a2536\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t7. Quality Standards\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17179e0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"17179e0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"99a4d2a\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"99a4d2a\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Contributor confirms that the Track:Is professionally produced and mastered; Contains original content only; Does not infringe on the rights of third parties;Is not a copy or imitation of existing works; May be subject to <strong>audio recognition checks<\/strong>, including Shazam. Use of AI tools is permitted <strong>only if all rights are fully cleared<\/strong> and audio quality meets professional standards.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10b5145 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"10b5145\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"a398a1f\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"a398a1f\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t8. PRO \/ Rights Organizations\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78d648d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"78d648d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"b2fec2d\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b2fec2d\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Contributor warrants that the Track:Is <strong>not registered<\/strong> with any Performing Rights Organization (PRO), including <strong>BUMA\/STEMRA, SGAE, PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC<\/strong>;Will <strong>never be registered<\/strong> with any such organization in the future.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c747b1 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8c747b1\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"934a8cd\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"934a8cd\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t9. No Obligation to Use\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bee980 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3bee980\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"8c8c737\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"8c8c737\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Company is under <strong>no obligation<\/strong> to promote, distribute, or license the Track;If the Track is not used by clients, the Company may <strong>remove it from its catalogs<\/strong> at its sole discretion;No rights or expectations arise from inclusion.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-938c733 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"938c733\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"ecd2cad\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"ecd2cad\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t10.
