Musique sous licence\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4168600 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4168600\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"22aecba\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"22aecba\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa musique mise \u00e0 disposition dans le cadre de cet abonnement (\u00ab Musique sous licence \u00bb) se compose exclusivement d\u2019\u0153uvres musicales originales qui :Ne sont <strong>pas enregistr\u00e9es<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une organisation de gestion des droits d\u2019ex\u00e9cution publique (PRO), y compris, sans s\u2019y limiter, <strong>BUMA\/STEMRA, SGAE, PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC<\/strong> ;Sont enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9tenues et contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par le Conc\u00e9dant.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e45531a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e45531a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"8d9bc2e\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"8d9bc2e\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t2. Octroi de licence\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e0b0fb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7e0b0fb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"41911e4\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"41911e4\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSous r\u00e9serve d\u2019un abonnement actif et du paiement, le Conc\u00e9dant accorde au Licenci\u00e9 une <strong>licence commerciale limit\u00e9e, non exclusive et non transf\u00e9rable<\/strong> lui permettant de :Ex\u00e9cuter publiquement la Musique sous licence dans les \u00e9tablissements physiques du Licenci\u00e9 (p. ex. restaurants, bars, h\u00f4tels, magasins de d\u00e9tail) ;Utiliser la Musique sous licence comme musique de fond ou d\u2019ambiance pour les clients et le personnel.Cette licence est valable <strong>uniquement pendant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019abonnement actif<\/strong>.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-462465d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"462465d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"3e3c26e\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"3e3c26e\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t3. Aucune redevance suppl\u00e9mentaire\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5590d4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f5590d4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"2f41f67\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"2f41f67\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la Musique sous licence n\u2019est enregistr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019aucune PRO :Le Licenci\u00e9 <strong>n\u2019est pas tenu de payer de redevances suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> au titre de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution publique \u00e0 BUMA\/STEMRA, SGAE ou \u00e0 toute autre organisation de droits pour la Musique sous licence ;Aucune r\u00e9clamation de redevances de tiers ne pourra d\u00e9couler d\u2019une utilisation autoris\u00e9e au titre du pr\u00e9sent Contrat.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77bea1d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"77bea1d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"6ff8ef2\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"6ff8ef2\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t4. Restrictions\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbd38b8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bbd38b8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"82c36a6\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"82c36a6\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe Licenci\u00e9 ne peut <strong>pas<\/strong> :Revendre, sous-licencier, distribuer ou mettre la Musique sous licence \u00e0 disposition de tiers ;Utiliser la Musique sous licence pour des productions audiovisuelles, des campagnes publicitaires, la diffusion, des plateformes de streaming ou la synchronisation sans autorisation \u00e9crite ;Modifier, remixer ou revendiquer la paternit\u00e9 de la Musique sous licence.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7280161 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7280161\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"538f317\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"538f317\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t5. Lieux couverts\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-735d3aa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"735d3aa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"b647354\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"b647354\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa licence couvre <strong>uniquement le nombre de lieux indiqu\u00e9 dans le plan d\u2019abonnement actif<\/strong>.<br>Tout lieu suppl\u00e9mentaire n\u00e9cessite un abonnement sup\u00e9rieur.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-550938f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"550938f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"a335f82\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"a335f82\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t6. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a2edfb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5a2edfb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"1d700da\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1d700da\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTous les droits d\u2019auteur et droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle demeurent la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 exclusive du Conc\u00e9dant.<br>Aucun droit de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 au titre du pr\u00e9sent Contrat.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab7741a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ab7741a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"c5ffa9b\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"c5ffa9b\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t7. R\u00e9siliation\n\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-de07e6f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"de07e6f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"e-paragraph-base\" data-interaction-id=\"1baadf3\"  data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"1baadf3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe pr\u00e9sent Contrat prend fin automatiquement en cas de :Expiration ou annulation de l\u2019abonnement ;Violation des pr\u00e9sentes conditions.En cas de r\u00e9siliation, toute utilisation de la Musique sous licence doit cesser imm\u00e9diatement.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-748397f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"748397f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4 \n\t\tdata-interaction-id=\"8d4d8d9\" \n\t\tclass=\"e-heading-base\" \n\t\t \n\t\tdata-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"8d4d8d9\"\n\t>\n\t\n\t\t\t8.
