Promotional Music Contribution AgreementThis Promotional Music Contribution Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between: Company:

Operating under the brands audiowo.com and escuchargratis.es
(“Company”)and Contributor: The submitting artist or rights holder(“Contributor”)By uploading a musical work, the Contributor agrees to the following terms.
The purpose of this Agreement is promotion.
The Contributor voluntarily submits one or more musical works (“Track”) to be used as promotional background music within the Company’s commercial music platforms.
The Contributor hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers all rights, title and interest in the Track to Fidelis Marketing Group S.L., including but not limited to:Copyright and neighboring rights;Commercial exploitation rights;Distribution, reproduction, public performance, and communication rights.This transfer is permanent and non-revocable.
The Contributor waives any right to financial compensation, royalties, or future claims related to the Track;The Track is provided free of charge as a promotional contribution;No guarantees are made regarding exposure, usage, or success.
The Company may publish the Track on digital platforms including, but not limited to: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music as part of compilation albums operated by the Company. The Contributor acknowledges that: No royalties or revenues will be paid; Distribution is solely for promotional purposes.
Where reasonably possible, the Contributor’s artist name and credentials will be displayed in connection with the Track.
However, attribution is not guaranteed in all usage contexts.
The Contributor confirms that the Track:Is professionally produced and mastered; Contains original content only; Does not infringe on the rights of third parties;Is not a copy or imitation of existing works; May be subject to audio recognition checks, including Shazam. Use of AI tools is permitted only if all rights are fully cleared and audio quality meets professional standards.
The Contributor warrants that the Track:Is not registered with any Performing Rights Organization (PRO), including BUMA/STEMRA, SGAE, PRS, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC;Will never be registered with any such organization in the future.
The Company is under no obligation to promote, distribute, or license the Track;If the Track is not used by clients, the Company may remove it from its catalogs at its sole discretion;No rights or expectations arise from inclusion.
Once submitted and accepted, the Contributor cannot withdraw or reclaim the Track.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
